Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a wonderful surprise, exceeding my expectations. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The service was outstanding with friendly and approachable staff. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, but the road junction could be a bit noisy. The dining experience was average, but the facilities were great overall.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, perfect for a golfing holiday, with spacious rooms and good dining options. The friendly and helpful staff enhance the experience, even though the rooms could use some updates and improvements in terms of warmth.
The hotel is situated near a main road, which isn't too bothersome, and conveniently close to our friends' accommodation. However, the rooms struggled to stay warm due to a heating issue that needs attention, and on the first night, we faced challenges with no heating or Wi-Fi as initially promised.
The hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were comfortable and had convenient USB ports, but they could have been more thoroughly checked before my stay. The location, although near Perth, felt a bit hemmed-in due to the high embankment. The service was excellent, and the staff were very charming and helpful. Dining was a highlight with friendly staff and delicious options, but there were some issues with the TV system. Overall, a place with some great aspects but also some room for improvement.
